Transparent Pricing
All our home improvements are quoted with a detailed breakdown, including the type of work, materials used, delivery date, and contact information. We pride ourselves on transparency – there are no hidden fees. Depending on the project’s size, we may require a 50% down payment. For smaller jobs, payment is due upon completion. In some cases, we might ask for material costs upfront, with labor charges settled after project completion.

Every project, big or small, is overseen by our owner, Ryan Kinard. We’ll keep you updated at the start, midway, and upon completion. Should any issues or modifications arise, work is paused until an agreement is reached, ensuring no surprises on either side. We source our material from places you know and trust, like Home Depot and Menards. You have the flexibility to choose or upgrade materials, tailoring the outcome to their vision.
Depending on the project, we offer a 3-6 month warranty. If any concerns arise post-completion, Ryan Kinard the owner personally inspects and addresses the issue. Some projects also come with maintenance or after-sales services. Our home improvements projects utilize sustainable materials, and we adhere strictly to building codes. This ensures the safety of your property.
